San Trovaso, Renaissance church in Dorsoduro district, Venice, Italy.
The San Trovaso church features a dual entrance design with one door facing the canal and another towards the square to accommodate different local groups.
Originally constructed in 1028 as an oratory, the current structure was rebuilt in 1584 under architect Francesco Smeraldi following the collapse of its nave.
The church interior displays notable artworks, including Tintoretto's 'The Temptation of Saint Anthony' and 'The Last Supper' in the Milledonne Chapel.
Located at coordinates 45°25′51″N 12°19′34″E, the church opens Monday through Saturday during morning and afternoon hours but remains closed on Sundays.
Next to the church stands one of Venice's few remaining gondola boatyards, where craftsmen maintain and repair the traditional vessels.
