Castello di Mongialino

Castello di Mongialino is a fortress with a circular tower and irregular walls standing on elevated ground in Mineo, reflecting the defensive architecture used in medieval Sicily. The structure shows typical fortification techniques that were built in this region during the Middle Ages.
