San Gregorio dei Muratori, Catholic church in Campo Marzio district, Rome, Italy

The church features internal frescoes depicting Saint Gregory's life, adorned with stucco cherubs and gilded decorations throughout the interior space.

The Builders' Brotherhood constructed this church in 1527, dedicating it to Saint Gregory the Great, who became the patron saint of builders.

The church maintains its original terracotta flooring and functions as a religious center within the Diocese of Rome under Father Patrizio Milano's guidance.

The church stands at the end of a small alley on Via Leccosa, near the former location of Ripetta port, which no longer exists.

The building's structure differs from traditional churches as its nave is wider than long, with entrance doors positioned on the right side instead of the back.
