Sant'Agostino, Medieval church and monastery in Rezzano-Nicosia, Italy.

The Sant'Agostino complex features a single-hall structure with a gabled roof and a brick bell tower standing against the Tuscan landscape.

Bishop Ugo da Fagiano of Cyprus established the church and monastery between 1258 and 1264, with his remains now preserved before the presbytery balustrades.

The church maintains an expanding nativity scene tradition since 1999, adding new characters and settings each year to the display.

The religious complex remains partially operational, with the church and bell tower maintained by the Calci parish while other sections stand abandoned.

The monastery construction required removing a massive oak tree that needed twelve people holding hands to encircle its trunk completely.
