Galleria d'arte moderna Ricci Oddi is a modern art museum in Piacenza that displays more than 700 artworks spanning from the 18th century to the present day. The building was designed by architect Giulio Ulisse Arata and defines the museum's character with its distinct style.

Giuseppe Ricci Oddi founded this gallery in 1931 and donated his personal collection to the city of Piacenza as a public gift. The museum became a place where art history could be preserved and shared with citizens.

The gallery takes its name from Giuseppe Ricci Oddi, a wealthy collector from Piacenza who wanted to share his passion for art with the public. Visitors encounter Italian painters like Francesco Hayez and Carlo Carrà alongside international names such as Gustav Klimt.

In December 2019, workers discovered a painting by Gustav Klimt hidden behind a metal panel, 22 years after it had been stolen. The work has since been returned to its place and is now visible to visitors.
