Soprasasso

Soprasasso is a mountain peak of 807 meters (2,648 feet) located in the Brenta group in Trentino. Multiple marked trails approach the summit from different starting points in the surrounding valleys.

For centuries, this mountain served as a crucial link between different valleys for people living in the region. The traditional pathways crossing its slopes remain the foundation of today's hiking network.

Locals use these slopes regularly for walking and outdoor activities throughout the year. The path names and waypoints reflect generations of connection between the mountain and the valley communities below.

Access comes via marked trails from parking areas nearby, which are easy to find and reach. Hiking conditions are most favorable between April and October when weather patterns are steadier.

From the summit you can see both the entire Brenta group and the Reno Valley simultaneously, with the views changing dramatically depending on time of day. This position makes it a favorite spot for photographers wanting to capture the region from multiple angles.
