Teatro del Silenzio, Outdoor amphitheater in Italy
The Teatro del Silenzio is an Italian open-air amphitheater which is located in Lajatico, Tuscany.
This unique theater was built in 2006 by the initiative of the famous singer Andrea Bocelli.
Every July, a concert is held where Andrea Bocelli himself performs with other international artists.
Outside of the annual concert, the theater remains silent, serving as a remarkable panoramic point.
Its name, 'Theatre of Silence', comes from its purpose - to remain silent for the rest of the year.
