Sant’Angelo church

Sant'Angelo church is a building in Rozzano with a rectangular layout, approximately 26 meters (85 feet) wide and 35 meters (115 feet) deep, featuring angular walls and carefully positioned openings. The interior space is defined by these windows, which create varying patterns of light throughout the day.

This place was established as a parish in 1967 through a decree by Cardinal Colombo and completed in 1972 by architects Mario Asnago and Claudio Vender. Its creation responded to the need for new parish structures in the developing area.

The frescoes in the parish rooms showcase the work of artist Valeriano Dalzini, who created decorative wall paintings between 2002 and 2008. These artistic elements shape the character of the interior spaces and reflect how contemporary artists have contributed to the church.
