Sant'Andrea Apostolo, Parish church in Brunate, Italy.

Sant'Andrea Apostolo is a parish church in Brunate, Lombardy, featuring two distinct facades that mark the center of the town. Inside, a functioning pipe organ from 1827 remains an important part of the interior.

The building originated in the 14th century and underwent major expansion between 1914 and 1927 following the demolition of an adjacent monastery. This renovation period significantly changed the appearance and proportions of the structure.

The interior decoration displays frescoes by the Recchi family from the late 17th century, depicting Saint Andrew and Saint Maurice on the vault. These artworks shape how the church appears and speak to the artistic traditions of the region.

The church is located at Piazza della Chiesa 2 in Brunate and is easy to find in the town center. Visitors can walk through the interior comfortably and the building remains accessible to the public.

The church holds the relics of Maddalena Albrici, who was beatified by Pope Pius X in 1907. This connection to a recognized religious figure gives the place special historical importance.
