Church of Saint Mary a Vico

Church of Saint Mary a Vico is an early Christian house of worship with a rectangular layout divided into three naves. The central nave concludes in a rounded apse, forming the sanctuary's focal point.

The structure was founded in 801 and built upon the foundations of a former temple dedicated to the Roman god Hercules. This transition from pagan to Christian use shaped the site's religious history.
