Palazzo Corrodi, Palace in Campo Marzio district, Rome, Italy
The Palazzo Corrodi occupies an entire block between Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia and Via Luisa di Savoia, Via Maria Adelaide, and Via Maria Cristina streets.
Engineer Gualtiero Aureli designed this building between 1903 and 1906 for Hermann David Salomon Corrodi, an Italian naturalized Swiss painter.
Until the 1930s, the palace served as studios for artists including Enrico Coleman, Onorato Carlandi, and Giulio Aristide Sartorio.
The building underwent renovations from 1988 to 1992 under Paolo Portoghesi's direction to become the headquarters of the Surveyors' Social Security Fund.
Roman poet Trilussa rented a studio in 1915, converting it into a loft apartment where he lived until 1950, now preserved as a museum.
