Collegiata di San Bartolomeo, Borgomanero

The Collegiata di San Bartolomeo features a triangular portico with four Corinthian columns and a red and white ornamented facade on Corso Garibaldi.

The original church from 1225 underwent multiple reconstructions until Pope Innocent XI elevated it to collegiate status in 1681, leading to its current Baroque structure.

The main altar houses a 1556 triptych depicting the Virgin and Child offering an apple to Saint Bartolomeo, along with panels showing various saints.

The church maintains regular mass schedules and religious services for residents and visitors in the center of Borgomanero, near Piazza Martiri della Libertà.

The interior contains frescoes by il Morazzone created between 1611 and 1619, complemented by a wooden altar crafted by Antonio Pini in the 17th century.
