Collegiata di San Bartolomeo is a Renaissance church in Borgomanero featuring a distinctive red and white facade with a triangular portico supported by four Corinthian columns. The structure stands prominently on Corso Garibaldi in the town center.

The original church dates to 1225 and underwent major reconstructions throughout the centuries. When Pope Innocent XI elevated it to collegiate status in 1681, it received its current form with Baroque elements.

The church is named after Saint Bartholomew and displays a 1556 altarpiece showing religious figures in its interior. The artworks shape how visitors experience the space and connect with its spiritual purpose.
