Leopardi's House

The palace features an extensive library containing over 20,000 volumes, along with preserved living quarters and study rooms from the 18th century.

The structure was consolidated in the mid-1700s by Carlo Orazio Leopardi, who united multiple buildings where the family had lived since the 13th century.

The museum presents ten historical sections displaying objects, documents, and writings from the life of Italian poet Giacomo Leopardi.

The museum opens daily from 9:00 to 17:00 except Mondays, with guided tours available and the last entry permitted at 16:30.

The upper floors remain inhabited by Leopardi family descendants, maintaining a living connection to the historical residence through generations.
