Intercable Arena, multi-purpose hall in Brunick, Italy
Intercable Arena is a large multi-purpose hall in Bruneck with two ice surfaces, one indoors and one outdoors, each measuring about 200 feet (60 meters) long and 100 feet (30 meters) wide. It seats approximately two thousand spectators and accommodates ice hockey, figure skating, curling, and various other ice sports activities.
The arena has evolved into a key facility in local sports life over several years. It hosts regular competitions, tournaments, and community events on ice and has become the center of ice sports activity in the region.
The arena is closely tied to the local ice hockey community, particularly through the HC Falkensteiner Pustertal team that plays here. On game days, fans gather to cheer their teams and share in a strong sports tradition that brings the community together.
The arena is designed for easy access by everyone, with no steps or barriers, making it simple for people with disabilities to enter comfortably. Parking is available right near the entrance, so visitors can arrive by car without needing to walk far from their vehicle.
Beyond ice sports, the arena offers alternative activities like broomball and stocksport, giving visitors a chance to try games they may not have encountered before. An on-site restaurant and bar called GO WEST allows visitors to relax and enjoy food or drinks after skating or watching an event.
