Haeundae LCT The Sharp

Haeundae LCT The Sharp is a 411-meter skyscraper in Busan with 101 floors housing a hotel, apartments, retail shops, and an entertainment complex with spa amenities. The ground levels feature shopping areas and dining options that serve both residents and visitors.

Construction started in October 2013 and finished in November 2019, making it South Korea's second tallest structure. The tower became part of a larger development trend transforming Busan's waterfront into a modern mixed-use district.

The tower represents South Korea's modern architectural advancement, incorporating both residential spaces and public facilities within its mixed-use development concept.

The observation deck on the 100th floor provides views across the city and coastline. Retail shops and facilities on lower levels are easily accessible to the public without entering residential areas.

The complex comprises three interconnected towers designed by a major international architecture firm. The five underground levels beneath the main tower provide parking and support services not visible from street level.
