Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Rosary, Balbieriškis

The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Rosary is a modern brick building in Balbieriškis with a single tower rising prominently from its structure. Its contemporary design features clean lines and straightforward architectural elements that stand apart from older country churches.

A wooden church was built at this site in 1888 and served the community for over a century before being destroyed by fire in 2013. The architect Vilius Urbonas then designed a new building that was consecrated in 2018.
