Brizules muiža
Brizules muiža is a manor house built in classical style in a village in Tukums Municipality, Latvia. The building was originally constructed around 1710 as a wooden structure and has been modified and expanded over the centuries.
The manor was built around 1710 as a wooden structure and later renewed by various owners. In 1774 it came into the hands of Friedrich Gotthard Brinkens, and in 1802 General Gustav Matthias von der Wenge-Lambsdorff took over, under whose administration the house developed into its present form.
The estate is located in a village and is easily reached by taking time to explore the rural area. The best way to view the house is through a quiet walk through the village to observe the old structures and the chapel on the grounds.
On the grounds stands a chapel that belonged to the von der Wenge-Lambsdorff family and where some of its members are buried. This chapel was restored in 1994 after a long period of neglect and now serves as a place of remembrance.
