Chapel of the Annunciation, Ħal-Millieri

The Chapel of the Annunciation is a stone prayer house with medieval masonry in Ħal-Millieri. Its interior is defined by side walls decorated with frescoes of religious figures framed by structural arches.

The building rests on foundations from a 13th-century structure and was rebuilt around 1450. The construction reveals features of a late-Roman rural complex that were incorporated into the new design.
