Palazzina Vincenti

Palazzina Vincenti is a modernist residential building in St. Julian's featuring clean limestone facades with pronounced horizontal windows. Extending concrete balconies create a distinctive profile along the structure's elevation.

Architect Gustavo R. Vincenti designed this building in 1948 as his own home, representing a turning point from Art Nouveau toward modernism. The project established new design directions for residential construction in Malta.

The structure received Grade 2 protection status from Malta's Planning Authority, recognizing its importance in the evolution of local architecture.
