Our Lord in the Attic Museum, Catholic house church in Amsterdam Canal District, Netherlands.

The museum occupies five floors of a canal house, featuring a complete church hidden in its upper levels with ornate religious decorations and period furnishings.

In 1663, merchant Jan Hartman transformed the top three floors of his residence into a secret Catholic church during the period of Protestant control.

The museum presents artifacts, paintings, and church silver that demonstrate how Catholics maintained their religious practices during times of restriction in Amsterdam.

Museum entrance costs 16.50 euros for adults and includes an audio guide in multiple languages, with tours starting every thirty minutes throughout opening hours.

The building contains two preserved historical kitchens with original Delft tiles, narrow staircases, and living quarters that reflect 17th-century Dutch domestic architecture.
