Kerk van Noordbroek

The church features a separate bell tower with a gabled roof and maintains its original late Romanesque-Gothic architectural style from the 14th century.

The church walls contain preserved medieval paintings that remained hidden under layers of whitewash until their discovery and restoration in the 20th century.

The interior displays biblical scenes from both Old and New Testament, including depictions of the Fall of Man and the Baptism of Jesus.

Religious services occur approximately ten times per year, while the building hosts regular community events and activities throughout the calendar.

The church houses an Arp Schnitger organ from 1696, which remains in active use for musical performances and ceremonies.
