Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Geboortekerk

Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Geboortekerk is a brick church with an integrated tower located in Hoogmade. The building stands prominently at Kerkstraat 59 and serves the community with its solid, straightforward architectural design.

The church was completed in 1932 under architect Jan van der Laan's direction. It replaced an earlier neogothic structure from 1877 that had developed structural issues.

The church serves as a center for Catholic worship and community gatherings, with regular services and religious celebrations throughout the liturgical year.

The church is easy to locate in the center of Hoogmade. You can visit during services and opening hours, which are worth checking beforehand to plan your visit.

The building contains two organs, with the main instrument built by Jos. H. Vermeulen in 1908. This organ was stored during the 1932 reconstruction and later reinstalled in the completed church.
