StadsHeer is a residential tower with 31 floors reaching about 101 meters tall. Its white concrete facade features glass bay windows arranged in random patterns across the building's surface.
Construction began in 2005 on the site of former railway facilities and was completed in 2007. The tower marked a shift in Tilburg from industrial heritage to contemporary residential space.
The building represents the transformation of Tilburg from industrial heritage to contemporary residential spaces, with 85 rental apartments above office spaces.
The lower floors house office spaces, while upper floors contain residential units for rent. Visitors can access the main entrances from street level, and parking is available in nearby areas.
The building was among the first in the Netherlands exceeding 100 meters tall constructed entirely from prefabricated concrete elements. This construction method significantly reduced building time.
