The 100hoog is an office and residential building in Rotterdam's Maritime District with 33 floors of mixed-use spaces. The tower contains both apartments and commercial areas organized on each level.
Construction started in 2011 under BAM Woningbouw and finished in 2013 based on designs by Klunder Architecten. The project was part of modernizing the harbor district.
The building shapes how modern Rotterdam looks, mixing residences with shops and offices in one space. This blend reflects how the city creates places where people can live, work, and spend time together.
The building has two separate entrances with hotel-style lobby areas accessible from Posthoornstraat/Wijnstraat and Wijnhaven. Visitor and resident parking is available in the underground garage.
The tower was designed with two separate entrance structures, each one feeling like its own private lobby. This split layout gives the tall building an unexpected personal quality uncommon for such a large complex.
