Naradevi Temple

Naradevi Temple is a Hindu shrine located in central Kathmandu with a three-tiered structure topped by a gold-plated roof. Inside, three silver statues of the goddess Kali serve as the focal point of worship.

The temple originated during the Licchavi dynasty and was later established in the 9th century by Gunakamadeva, the founder of Kathmandu. This dual founding period links the shrine to the city's earliest development.
