Dizon-Ramos Museum

The Dizon-Ramos Museum occupies a 1950s residence and displays collections of ceramics, glassware, jewelry, crystals, porcelain paintings, and religious objects across several exhibition rooms. The layout preserves the original structure and function of the house, creating an intimate setting for the collections.

The building functioned as a private residence before becoming a museum in 2007 following the death of Hermelinda Ramos. This transformation preserved the memory of upper-middle-class life in the region.

The receiving hall displays colorful Masskara Festival masks, including entries from a television contest, reflecting local traditions and celebrations that shape community life. You can see how deeply these festivities are woven into the region's identity.

The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday with guided tours available through multiple exhibition rooms. Visiting during quieter hours helps you explore the collections at a comfortable pace.

The museum houses the Marina Solis collection of approximately 1200 keychains and the Bella Rivas Galang collection of Chinese dolls displayed within the actual living spaces. These personal collections offer a rare glimpse into collecting passions that developed over many years.
