Rzgów is a municipality in central Poland situated along the Ner River and serves as an administrative center for the surrounding district. The landscape consists mainly of agricultural land, with the town center organized around the historic church and main road.
The settlement received municipal rights in 1467 as a private church town within the Sieradz Voivodeship of Greater Poland. After being downgraded to village status in 1870, it regained town designation in 2006.
The Saint Stanislaus church, constructed in 1469 by the Kraków Cathedral Chapter, represents the religious heritage of this Polish municipality.
