Gmina Czarne, Administrative district in Człuchów County, Poland
Gmina Czarne is an urban-rural municipality in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in northern Poland. The territory encompasses various settlements that combine town and countryside elements throughout its area.
This municipality took its current form through administrative reforms in 1999. Those reforms established the modern three-tier local governance structure used across Poland today.
The municipality contains twenty distinct settlements, including Biernatka, Bińcze, and Domisław, each representing the regional characteristics of northern Polish communities.
The area is best accessed by public transport or car, as the settlements are spread across a wider region. Using maps or GPS navigation helps when seeking out different neighborhoods and local services.
Gmina Czarne maintains borders with five other administrative districts: Człuchów, Debrzno, Okonek, Rzeczenica, and Szczecinek, creating a network of local cooperation.
