Artus Court, Gothic museum in Gdańsk, Poland

The Artus Court features a monumental stone facade with large windows, ornate statues, and decorative elements characteristic of Northern Mannerism architecture.

Built in 1481, the building served as a gathering place for wealthy merchants and nobility during the peak of Gdańsk's maritime trade dominance.

The interior contains numerous artworks, including a 12-meter-high Renaissance tile stove decorated with portraits of European rulers and allegorical figures.

The museum operates six days per week, with extended hours on Thursdays until 18:00, and offers guided tours in multiple languages.

The Great Hall measures 12 meters in height, featuring models of ships suspended from the ceiling, reflecting the maritime heritage of Gdańsk.
