The Jabłonowski Palace stands as a Renaissance Revival structure with a prominent tower and classical architectural elements on its restored facade.
Built between 1773 and 1785 for Antoni Barnaba Jabłonowski, the palace later transformed into Warsaw's city hall and endured multiple reconstructions following war damage.
The building represents the evolution of Warsaw's administrative center, serving as a symbol of local government through different periods of Polish history.
The palace occupies a central location in Warsaw's Downtown district, with direct access from the Ratusz Arsenał metro station and Theatre Square.
During the January 1863 Uprising, Polish patriots deliberately set fire to the palace, leading to its subsequent renovation in Neo-Renaissance style.
