Gmina Celestynów

Gmina Celestynów is a rural municipality near Warsaw that encompasses several villages including Dąbrówka, Dyzin, Glina, and Jatne spread across a gently rolling landscape. The administrative center sits southeast of Otwock and connects traditional settlement patterns with modern road links to the nearby capital.

The municipality took shape as a rural administrative area after 1945, but underwent reorganization in 1975 when it became part of the Warsaw Voivodeship. The 1999 administrative reform established its current structure and placed it within Otwock County.
