Gmina Wola Krzysztoporska

Gmina Wola Krzysztoporska is a rural administrative district in Piotrków County in central Poland. The area contains agricultural land and several small villages spread between the industrial centers of Piotrków Trybunalski and Bełchatów.

The territory formed as part of the Łódź Voivodeship administrative system and developed as a rural municipality. The village of Wola Krzysztoporska became its administrative center.

The area comprises several villages including Blizin, Bogdanów, and Mąkolice, where residents maintain agricultural work and local traditions. These smaller settlements preserve their identity through daily practices and community life.

The area is crossed by three major transportation routes: the A-1 highway connecting Warsaw to Katowice, national road 8, and the railway line to Bełchatów. These connections make the region well linked to surrounding areas.

The territory houses Poland's largest Kaufland distribution center, serving as the primary logistics hub for Central and Eastern European operations. This modern logistics facility is notable for its role in the region's economy.
