Pomnik Juliusza Słowackiego w Miłosławiu, Bronze bust memorial in Miłosław, Poland
The marble monument features a poet's bust on a square column, accompanied by a curved bench and a seated figure in folk attire.
Unveiled on September 16, 1899, the monument survived World War II when its bust was hidden in a nearby farm cellar for protection.
The memorial became the first public monument dedicated to Polish poet Juliusz Słowacki, marking a milestone in Polish literary commemoration.
Visitors can find the monument on a gentle slope west of the palace, surrounded by landscaped lawns in the palace park.
The seated female figure at the monument base represents Małgośka, modeled after Katarzyna Kościelska, the founder's daughter.
