Lubzina, Rural village in Ropczyce-Sędziszów County, Poland
Lubzina extends across the southeastern Polish landscape, positioned 10 kilometers southwest of Ropczyce and 35 kilometers west of Rzeszów, the regional capital.
In 1940, the village forest became the location of a tragic event during World War II when German forces executed 104 Polish citizens as part of AB-Aktion.
The Catholic parish, established in 1222 by nobleman Janusz Ligęza, remains a central element of community life and local tradition.
Polish National Road 94 runs through Lubzina, while the A4 motorway section of European route E40 provides additional transportation access to the north.
The local sports organization, Strażak Lubzina football club, brings together 1,800 residents through regular matches and community events.
