Grodzisko in Sopot, Poland

The Grodzisko Archaeological Museum features reconstructed early medieval fortifications, traditional wooden huts, and a modern exhibition pavilion situated on a hill.

The archaeological site preserves remnants of an early medieval defensive settlement that showcases the way of life of Pomeranian communities from centuries past.

Through workshops, events, and demonstrations, the museum educates visitors about ancient crafts, medieval traditions, and archaeological discoveries from the Baltic Sea region.

The museum opens Tuesday through Sunday from April to October, with regular tickets at 7 PLN and reduced prices at 5 PLN for eligible visitors.

The museum combines an open-air archaeological site with traditional structures positioned exactly where their original foundations were discovered during excavations.
