Rezerwat przyrody Cicha Dolina

Cicha Dolina is a nature reserve in the Opawskie Mountains that protects mixed forest ecosystems covering roughly 57 hectares at elevations between 400 and 650 meters. While the interior requires special permission to enter, the area is surrounded by numerous hiking trails and nature paths that visitors can access freely.

The reserve was established in 1999 as part of a regional effort to protect the mountain forest ecosystems within the Opawskie Mountains landscape park. This designation marked an important commitment to safeguarding the natural character of these wooded mountain slopes.

The reserve serves as a place for visitors to observe and learn about mountain forest life, with marked trails that demonstrate the diverse plant communities found in this landscape.
