Serbinów is a residential neighborhood on the eastern side of Tarnobrzeg, bounded by Kazimierza Wielkiego, Kwiatkowskiego, Sienkiewicza, and Sikorskiego streets. The area contains housing blocks, grocery stores including Intermarché and Lidl, and various facilities for daily needs.
The district received its name during the 1970s from city administrators inspired by a television series called Nights and Days. This naming helped shape the neighborhood's identity in its early development.
The Church of Mother of God of Incessant Help stands in this district and hosts organ music performances during summer months with musicians visiting from abroad. It serves as a notable cultural meeting point for the area.
