Salwator Tower

Salwator Tower is a contemporary residential building in Kraków featuring a 55-meter main tower alongside a 13-story sloping section clad in glass and aluminum. The design combines a vertical central volume with an angled residential wing that creates its distinctive silhouette.

Construction of Salwator Tower took place from 2005 to 2006, introducing a contemporary residential high-rise to the Kraków skyline. The project represented the city's residential development efforts during the mid-2000s.

The residential complex houses 120 apartments ranging from studios to four-room units, with three exclusive penthouse apartments occupying the top floors.

Underground parking with two levels and 24-hour security monitoring provide convenient vehicle access to the building. Elevators and direct connections to major transportation routes make arriving by car straightforward.

The building features a rooftop tennis court and an expansive fitness facility with a pool and saunas spread across multiple levels. These amenities are integrated directly within the structure for resident use.
