Sanktuarium Zawierzenia w Bydgoszczy

The Sanktuarium Zawierzenia is a small shrine located in the Piaski district that follows the architectural style of a Rhineland chapel and accommodates about 40 people. The white stone building contains spaces for prayers, services, and spiritual gatherings, as well as areas for visitors participating in various programs.

The sanctuary was dedicated in 2001 and belongs to an international movement that started in Germany in 1914. It is one of six Schoenstatt shrines in Poland and follows the principles of this worldwide spiritual community.

The shrine serves as a center for the Pilgrim Mother of God devotion, where regular prayer groups and spiritual gatherings bring together people from the surrounding neighborhoods. Visitors can participate in communal prayers and leave their intentions in a book that connects to a worldwide network of believers.
