Muzeum Sopotu, Regional museum in Sopot, Poland.

Muzeum Sopotu occupies a 1904 villa with architectural features typical of northern Polish coastal houses. The building contains exhibitions about local history displayed through everyday objects and documents from past periods.

The building was constructed in 1904 as a residence for a Gdansk merchant and later repurposed. The museum opened in 2001 following major restoration work on the historic villa.

The museum displays how maritime life and trade shaped Sopot's development through photographs and objects from the past. Visitors see how the sea and shipping connected this place to the wider world for generations.

The museum welcomes visitors from Tuesday through Sunday in a setting that combines indoor galleries with outdoor garden areas. Plan enough time to move through the rooms and stroll around the grounds without feeling rushed.

In the villa's garden stands a brine graduation tower with particular air qualities that visitors notice while walking. This historical structure was once part of local salt production and gives the grounds a distinctive feature.
