The Karwacjanów Manor Art Gallery occupies a reconstructed medieval fortress with exhibition halls spread across multiple floors and stone cellars.
The manor's ground floor contains remnants of a defensive structure built by Dersław II Karwacjan at the beginning of the 15th century.
The gallery has hosted over 800 exhibitions of paintings, graphics, sculptures, and art photography since its establishment in 1983.
Visitors can access the museum Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, Saturdays 11:00 to 17:00, and Sundays 11:00 to 15:00.
The exhibition hall bears the name of Professor Włodzimierz Kunz, former rector of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts and Honorary Citizen of Gorlice.
