Kamienna Laworta

Kamienna Laworta is a summit in the Sanocko-Turczanskie Mountains that rises to 769 meters and features steep slopes covered in dense forest. The mountain stands as a natural dividing line between distinct geographical areas.

Communities have long relied on the mountain and its resources for their survival and livelihood. The peak served as a natural boundary between different cultural populations in the wider region.

Several marked trails start from Ustrzyki Dolne and lead toward the summit with three parking areas available at the base. Bring sturdy footwear and water, and be prepared for weather changes that can happen quickly in the mountains.

The mountain has two separate peaks, with a secondary summit in the southeast reaching 759 meters that offers its own trekking possibilities. Visitors can mix and match routes depending on their time and energy levels.
