The Church of St. Adalbert features a single nave structure with a baroque pulpit shaped like a sailing vessel and a 17th-century baptismal font.
The construction of the current Gothic church started under Bishop Mikołaj Kościelecki and finished in 1518 under Bishop Jakub Buczacki of Płock.
The church contains a venerated image of Our Lady of Mercy, which was reportedly funded by Queen Bona and appeared between 1673 and 1717.
The church maintains records of baptisms, marriages, and deaths from the 1950s and holds regular masses with different schedules for summer and winter.
The walls of the church display both al fresco and al secco painting techniques, complementing the 19th-century organ installation.
