Las Aniołowski

Las Aniołowski extends over 65.5 hectares between the Północ and Wyczerpy-Aniołów districts, featuring natural walking paths throughout its wooded terrain.

The area served as a military training ground before World War I, used by the 27th Infantry Regiment and 7th Light Artillery Regiment until 1945.

The Czesław Niemen Promenade, stretching 1,700 meters from the city center, connects residents to this natural recreational space.

The forest contains paved walking paths with benches and a fitness trail consisting of 10 exercise stations spread across 350 meters.

Educational panels throughout the forest provide information about local flora and fauna, while the Góry Kawie hills border the area to the north.
