Christ the King Church in Sanok, Roman Catholic church in Sanok, Poland
The Christ the King Church stands at 55 Jana Pawla II Street in the Wojtostwo district of Sanok, marking the main road through the city.
Construction began in the late 1970s with a temporary wooden structure, which served until 1990 when work on the present building commenced.
The church interior transforms into a concert hall once annually during the Adam Didur Festival, connecting religious and musical traditions.
Sunday services take place at 7:00, 8:30, 10:00, 11:30, and 17:00, with additional summer mass at 19:00 and weekday services at 6:30, 7:00, and 18:00.
A memorial chamber dedicated to Father Zdzislaw Jastrzebiec Peszkowski opened within the church premises on March 5, 2023.
