The Mary Magdalene Church features brick walls in the chancel and sacristy, while the nave walls consist of larch wood construction.
Initially constructed before 1613 as a cemetery chapel, the church received a new wooden nave in 1784 under parish priest I. Kozierowski.
The interior contains late Baroque wooden altars with polychrome and gold decorations, along with a 19th-century eclectic organ prospect.
The church remains active for religious services and stands at Krakowska 41 in Radomsko, within the Łódź Voivodeship region.
During the Napoleonic Wars, the building served as a tailor's warehouse and stable before returning to its religious function.
