Saint Andrew church in Brody, Wooden church in Brody, Nowy Tomyśl County, Poland.

Saint Andrew Church is a wooden structure built with double walls, complemented by a bell tower and symmetrical side chapels. The building combines traditional construction methods with a clear, balanced architectural form.

The building was constructed between 1670 and 1673 after a fire destroyed the previous church. This reconstruction took place under parish priest Jan Stanisław Jabłoński and marked the community's recovery from that loss.

The interior displays Rococo woodcarvings from craftsman Jan Becker's workshop, including ornate altars and a holy water font from the 11th century. These pieces shape the visual character of the church as you step inside and reflect the region's skilled craftsmanship.

Visiting the interior requires advance arrangement through the local parish. It is best to contact them ahead of time to schedule an appointment for a guided tour.

The structure uses a reinforced double wall system with weatherboards that protects against harsh weather conditions. This building technique was typical for wooden churches in the region and allowed them to last for centuries despite being made of timber.
