Kościół św. Małgorzaty w Poznaniu

The Saint Margaret Church stands on the right bank of the Warta River, featuring a stellar vault in the nave and chancel with Late Baroque fixtures.

The church's first wooden structure dates to 1231, with subsequent brick reconstruction in the late 15th century and major modifications during the 16th century.

The building served the Congregation of the Oratory of Saint Philip Neri from 1671 to 1805, incorporating numerous religious elements that remain present today.

The church maintains its position at the center of the market square, accessible through a baroque gate from 1786 that leads to the main entrance.

During World War II, the structure functioned as a book warehouse before returning to religious service following renovations in 1947-1948.
