Kościół św. Małgorzaty w Poznaniu is a Gothic church on Rynek Śródecki on the right bank of the Warta River. The interior features a stellar vault in the nave and chancel with Baroque fixtures, while a Baroque gate serves as the main entrance.

This place has origins dating to 1231 when a wooden church was first built, later replaced by a brick structure in the late 15th century. Significant modifications occurred in the 16th century, and after World War II damage, it was restored between 1947 and 1948.

The church has long served as a gathering place for the community and shapes the character of Rynek Śródecki with its architecture. Its spaces reflect the different religious communities that have worshipped here across the centuries.

The church sits centrally on the market square and is easy to locate when moving through Poznań's old town. Access is through the Baroque gate that leads to the main entrance, so it helps to notice the ornate details at the gateway.

During World War II the building was repurposed as a book warehouse, an unusual chapter in its history before returning to religious use after restoration. This adaptation shows how the structure survived the upheaval of the 20th century.
