The Saint Leonard Church features a hexagonal tower with an arcaded lantern, bulbous roof, and traditional wooden construction techniques of southern Małopolska.
The original structure dates back to the 12th century when shepherds settled around it, marking the beginning of Busko-Zdrój's development.
The church holds special pilgrimage masses each year on the Sunday following November 6th, celebrating the feast day of Saint Leonard.
Located at Bohaterów Warszawy 8, the church stands within a cemetery southwest of the market square, near the road toward Pińczów.
The entrance portal displays an inscription reading 'IHS/ANNO DOMINI 1699' on its lintel, while the stairs incorporate 15th-century tombstone fragments.
