Dziwnów Bridge

The mechanical bridge spans across the Dziwna Strait, connecting the eastern and western parts of the coastal town through a lifting mechanism.

The bridge stands near the Sports Stars Avenue, where commemorative plaques honor Polish athletes who achieved international recognition.

Pedestrians and vehicles can cross the bridge except during scheduled openings that allow larger vessels to pass through the waterway.

The structure functions as one of the few remaining operational bascule bridges along the Baltic Sea coast, maintaining maritime traffic flow.
